Troy was an absolutely outstanding host and coordinator for our Lux tennis vacation in Costa Rica. We were a group of 11 with different needs, and every single one was handled seamlessly. His attention to detail, ability to multitask, and talent for making last-minute adjustments were flawless. From our airport pick ups, coordinating dietary needs with our private chef, our daily tennis rallies and organizing excursions like a catamaran outing, zip-lining, horseback riding, spa day, beach time, and surf lessons, everything was perfectly executed. Troy was always available, before, during, and even after the trip, and continued to stay in touch once we were home. Honestly, I can’t imagine vacationing without Troy now!
