ABOUT US
Troy Manditch is the founder of Luxury Tennis Trips and its parent company, Lux Group Ventures. He is a former collegiate tennis player, certified travel advisor, and entrepreneur whose work centers on travel, sport, and bringing together like minded individuals through memorable shared experiences. He has spent more than ten years coaching tennis and developing a deep understanding of the game, its culture, and the friendships it creates. His time on court shaped a lasting appreciation for how racquet sports can energize people and bring them together in meaningful ways. Tennis remains a central element of many of the retreats he designs today.
Before launching his travel ventures, Troy spent three and a half years building and operating a private membership community focused on social connection. During that time he personally planned and hosted more than 140 events and activities at a wide variety of venues, introducing and strengthening relationships between ambitious and interesting people. This experience gave him a strong understanding of how to curate environments where meaningful connections form naturally.
Alongside his work in tennis and events, Troy has spent years traveling extensively both personally and professionally, developing a strong eye for exceptional destinations and thoughtfully designed experiences.
Luxury Tennis Trips and Lux Group Ventures grew from this combination of passions. Troy personally researches destinations, builds relationships with local partners, and carefully designs each itinerary from start to finish. From selecting distinctive hotels and villas to curating activities, excursions, and standout dining experiences, a significant amount of preparation goes into every retreat long before guests arrive.
Troy often hosts the retreats himself, ensuring that every trip runs smoothly and that guests enjoy a journey that feels active, seamless, and memorable. His goal is to create extraordinary travel experiences where participants explore remarkable places, stay active, and form lasting memories and friendships along the way.
